This is a big advancement for Kontroltek as a company, as this will now give us the ability to offer customers a dedicated motor repair workshop. With our newly appointed members of staff having over 25 year’s experience in the trade, together with the purchase of purpose built test rigs, Kontroltek are now able to offer a “Full Function Motor Test and Rewind Facility”. This service is available on all AC/DC Servo and Spindle motor repairs, up to 1-1/2 ton. Repairs to all types of Encoders will also be available. For Kontroltek to keep up with the ever increasing demand for our services, we are now looking to employ further electronic bench engineers and site engineer for immediate start in our Bridgend workshop. You must be able to demonstrate relevant industry sector experience gained in a similar electronic repair environment. You will perform diagnosis, repair and test down to component level on a range of industrial electronic equipment that will include(but not limited to) servo drives, psu’s, monitors, plc’s, dc and ac drives, machine tool equipment and pcb’s. You will be responsible for dismantling, checking and testing of components, diagnosing failure reasons and performing remedial work and full function testing as required and will demonstrate proven skills and experience.
